As an "eTraveler" you will be plotting your course around the globe and taking virtual trips, pretending to be transported to cities like Kyoto in Japan where you can take a virtual tour of its ancient shrines or perhaps tour virtually the famed astronomical observatory in Santiago Chile. ...for this nine weeks you will experience the world as an "armchair" traveler marveling at its beauty, diversity and curiosities. We will travel to each of the seven continents becoming familiar with the amazing cultures and world heritage sites of your own choosing, while learning survival skills in your chosen foreign country. Periodically you will be required to showcase your language survival skills, share your travel itinerary with the group, assess how well you are keeping to a strict budget and report on your virtual experiences.
